When purchasing our confectionery, it is impossible not to meet her. As Sales Manger of our shop at Am Graben, she lovingly maintains and decorates the shop’s interior and is always at hand to advice our customers.

Our master confectioner (trained at Demel) keeps an eye on the many hands working in the manufactory. Under her supervision, each individual confection is checked for quality before it is packed and delivered.
